This sitemap lists every page on Hearth Gift in one place: the shop and your account, the six collections, all 28 products, and the help and policy pages. Each link comes with a short note on what you will find there, so you can go straight to the right page instead of clicking around. If you cannot find something, email support@hearthgift.shop and we will point you to it; we reply within 24 hours on business days.
Finding your way around
- Shopping: start at Shop or pick one of the six collections below.
- An existing order: My Account and Order Tracking show its status.
- Choosing a size: the Size Guide covers signs, doormats, cutting boards and metal signs.
- Questions: try the FAQs and Help Center, then email us.
- Rules for orders: shipping, returns, refunds, changes, payment, privacy and terms are listed in the last two sections.
Shop, cart and your account
- Shop — every product on one page, with each item’s price, which changes with the size you choose on the product page.
- Cart — review what you have added, including the exact personalization text, before you go to checkout.
- My Account — sign in to see past orders, their current status and your saved addresses.
The six collections
Some products sit in more than one collection, for example a first-home ornament appears in both Ornaments and New Home Gifts. In the product list further down, each product is listed once, under the collection it fits best.

Browsing by occasion
Collections group products by type. If you are shopping for a moment rather than a category, these paths through the catalog may be quicker.
A friend’s or grown child’s first place
The Our First Home Landscape Framed Sign, the Our First Home 11 oz Mug and the Our First Home Journal all carry the same first-home theme, so they work alone or together. For an apartment, the Welcome Home Acrylic Tabletop Plaque with Stand needs no wall space at all.
A couple moving in together

Shortcuts for common situations
You spotted a typo after ordering
Email us straight away with your order number and the corrected text. Within 24 hours of placing the order we can change it; the details are on Cancel or Change an Order. After that, contact us anyway and we will help.
You are sending a gift to someone else
Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout and double-check unit numbers. The Shipping & Delivery page explains timing for each country.
You need something by a particular date
Allow up to about three weeks from order to doorstep, and email us before ordering if a date matters. We will answer honestly, without promises we cannot keep. This applies just as much to a housewarming as to a celebration of life.
You are deciding between doormat sizes
Measure your door first. As a rough guide, 24×16 in suits an apartment door, 30×20 in most single front doors and 36×24 in double doors. The Size Guide has more detail.
